If this documents is not sent, the passenger will have the chance to approach to the Andean Cross office in Puerto Varas (located in Del Salvador 72) with 48 hour prior to the initial date of the Andean Crossing and deliver the corresponding documentation.
Our team Attention Clients GROUPS will request 7 days before to the entry of passengers, the passport information of each travelers, including the next information: COMPLETE NAME/ PASSPORT NUMBER/ DATE OF BIRTH/ NATIONALITY. During the transfer from Puerto Montt Airport to Puerto Varas hotels, the guide tour will be responsible for collecting the passports and passengers will pass through the Andean Cross Office to validate the information.
