As part of our continuous improvement philosophy, we want to share with you our new communication formats and phone numbers for emergencies, both for Operators and passengers at destination.
Our new Emergency phone number is already operational and brings you a 24hour service. It is focused on the resolution of contingencies and priority cases with passengers at destination. On the other hand, you can now contact us via WhatsApp (this number will not receive phone calls, WhatsApp only). Also you can still contact us through our email: emergency@adsmundo.cl Our previously reported Emergency phone number (+56 9) 7765 1363 will be in operation until March 28th, 2018 only.
